Orders are shipped from Ontario, Canada.
Delivery times vary by location.
For Ontario and Quebec, standard delivery takes 2–5 business days.
For all other provinces, delivery typically takes 3–8 business days.

Shipping to the USA

Standard Shipping:
Delivery takes 4–10 business days, depending on carrier speed and customs processing.

International Express Shipping:
Delivery typically takes 3–6 business days.

Please note: During holiday seasons or high-volume periods, delivery times may be longer than usual. We recommend placing your orders early to avoid delays.

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
Orders of $108 CAD and above automatically receive free standard shipping at checkout.

All customs duties and handling fees for U.S. orders are fully paid by us.
You will not have to pay anything extra upon delivery, nor fill out any customs paperwork. Every order shipped anywhere within the United States is sent DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) — meaning all import fees are already covered.

To ensure a smooth shopping experience for our U.S. customers, we take care of all customs processing, payment, and documentation for products shipped to the United States. Your order will arrive just like any domestic package.
