Shipping policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
During new releases or high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer.
We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Within Canada

Orders are shipped from Ontario, Canada.
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the carrier, but most orders arrive within 2–8 business days.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. 

Free standard shipping on orders over $108

We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

*Please note that during the Canada Post strike, shipping to remote regions served exclusively by Canada Post may be suspended or experience significant delays.*

Shipping to the United States (DDP Shipping)

We offer DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping for all U.S. orders.

This means:

  • All import duties,

  • All taxes,

  • All customs fees,

are paid in advance by us.

You will NOT pay anything extra upon delivery.

Delivery typically takes 5–12 business days, depending on the destination and carrier.

International Shipping

At this time, we do not offer international shipping outside Canada and the United States.

Tracking

All orders include tracking.
Once the package is handed to the carrier, tracking updates and delivery speed depend on the shipping provider.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

We are not responsible for:

  • packages marked as delivered by the carrier

  • delays caused by customs or postal services

  • packages returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address

  • additional courier fees caused by failed delivery attempts

If your package is marked as delivered but you cannot find it, please contact your local carrier to open an investigation.

Returned & Unclaimed Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, or refusal to pay customs (if outside the U.S. or Canada), the customer is responsible for reshipping fees.

Packages unclaimed for over 1 year are considered forfeited and cannot be refunded.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are non-refundable under any circumstances unless the order arrives defective or we shipped the wrong item.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at dukh.info@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.
We will assist and provide a replacement or refund if applicable.
