Refund policy

Due to the small-batch, limited-edition nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons related to size, fit, or change of mind.
Please review the size chart, photos, and product details carefully before purchasing.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at dukh.info@gmail.com
Include:

  • your order number

  • a description of the issue

  • clear photos of the product and packaging

If a defect is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or refund and cover the return shipping cost.

Please note:

  • Small variations in print colour, placement, or glow intensity are normal for glow-in-the-dark and handmade-style prints.

  • Garment measurements may vary by ±1.5 cm due to production tolerances.
    These conditions are not considered defects.

Incorrect Order

If you received the wrong item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of everything you received and the shipping label.
We will send the correct item or issue a refund once verified.
Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges on:

  • stationery products

  • sale items

  • final sale items

  • glow-in-the-dark items with natural variations in glow intensity

  • any item washed, worn, or damaged after delivery

Lost, Stolen, or Unclaimed Packages

We are not responsible for:

  • packages marked as delivered by the carrier

  • delays caused by customs

  • packages returned due to incomplete or incorrect address

  • courier storage fees or failed delivery attempts

Orders unclaimed for over 1 year cannot be refunded.

Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed or shipped.
