Frequently asked questions

Where do you ship to?

We ship to Canada, the USA, Australia, and select international destinations. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by location and are calculated at checkout.

*If your country is not on the list, please contact us and we'll do our best to help you.*

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight — you'll see the exact rate before completing your purchase.

*Free shipping is available on orders over $108 within Canada and the USA. For all other regions, standard shipping rates apply regardless of the order total.

When will I get my order?

Orders are shipped from Ontario, Canada.
Delivery times vary by location.
For Ontario and Quebec, standard delivery takes 2–5 business days.
For all other provinces, delivery typically takes 3–8 business days.

the USA

7–18 business days, depending on carrier speed and customs processing

Australia

7–18 business days, depending on carrier speed and customs processing.

Please note: During holiday seasons or high-volume periods, delivery times may be longer than usual. We recommend placing your orders early to avoid delays.

🇺🇸 USA Tariffs and Customs Management

All customs duties and handling fees for U.S. orders are fully paid by us.
You will not have to pay anything extra upon delivery, nor fill out any customs paperwork. Every order shipped anywhere within the United States is sent DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) — meaning all import fees are already covered.

To ensure a smooth shopping experience for our U.S. customers, we take care of all customs processing, payment, and documentation for products shipped to the United States. Your order will arrive just like any domestic package.

If you have any questions, feel free to contact us at dukh.info@gmail.com

🇦🇺 Australia Shipping

Estimated delivery times are approximately 6–14 business days, depending on the shipping service and destination.

*Please note that customs processing may occasionally cause delays.*

Orders valued at A$1,000 or less generally arrive without additional duties, taxes, or charges at the border. Any applicable taxes or charges are the responsibility of the customer.
